Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Homefield Family Brand website and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them. We've tried to write them the way we'd actually explain them to you.

Who we are

This site is operated by Homefield Family Brand LLC, a family-run company. We make the Little Talks Ball and other family connection games. You can reach us anytime at support@homefieldfamilybrand.com.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, shop, and share anything on this site. We just ask that you don't misuse it — that means no attempting to disrupt the site, no scraping or copying our content for your own commercial use, and no using the site for anything unlawful.

Orders and pricing

We price our products as clearly and accurately as we can, but mistakes happen — a listing can display the wrong price due to a technical error. If that happens on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding, and we reserve the right to cancel the order or correct the price rather than honor an incorrect one. We also reserve the right to limit or decline any order.

Intellectual property

Everything that makes Homefield Homefield — our name and logo, the design of our balls, the questions printed on them, and the content on this site — belongs to Homefield Family Brand LLC. Please don't reproduce or reuse it without asking us first.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind what we make, and our refund policy covers you if something's wrong with your order. Beyond that, to the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be waived under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
